The Event (WHAT/WHO)

A major healthcare service (HCS) is teaming up with a major Chicago hospital (MH) to run a blood pressure screening at the "Lights Festival" in the Lincoln Park Zoo, Chicago, IL during December. The target audience is the visitors who volunteer to take the screening at the festival.

HCS & MH Blood Pressure Screening

HCS is the sponsor of the event who will provide the followings on-site:

- A "greeting team" of 5 team members to help participants to fill out the form

- Hardware (iPads) and software (preloaded form & scanning)

- Software connects with the blood pressure measuring device to upload results to

the Cloud in real-time

- A "thank you" gift -- a small thermal mug with HCS logo/branding

MH is the host of the event who will provide the followings on-site:

- Nurses or practitioners to administer the blood pressure measuring

- Device to measure the blood pressure and connect it with the software on the iPads

to upload the results to the Cloud in real-time

- A "thank you" gift -- a winter hat with MH logo/branding

HCS is the sponsor of the event

- To help MH promoting the importance on regular check-ups of blood pressure

- To have an opportunity to collect customer data in a live-event. Data collected will be useful

for the different business touch points:

a) Sales, b) Marketing, c) Operations, and d) Customers

- To gather [X] number of customer data in 8 hours

- To promote the HCS brand

MH is the host of the event

- To promote the importance of healthcare on regular check-ups of blood pressure

- To promote the MH brand

- Cold weather in December in Chicago. Therefore, the entire process must be easy and fast

- Participants must agree to all legal contracts, such as "privacy" and "terms of use"

- How to draw visitors to sign up for the screening

a) participants will receive an instant results of the screening via email

b) participants will get a "THANK YOU" bag contains two items from HCS & MH

c) Participants will benefit from the future email messaging. E.g., getting alerts to high-risk

customers (current or potential ones)

- Form is connected with Pega Ethereum (or SAP Leonardo, or Salesforce DCG.) Real-time

data is ready for analytics for cross-functional business touch points:

- The "FORM MAKER" functionality is available in the HCS system

- Need to create a new "Live-Event" form

- All required scanning software is installed and the form is preloaded on the iPads

- All the iPads are connected to the cloud-based DB

- Creating a customized form for the event using "FORM MAKER" (a presumed existing feature)

- Preloading the form onto mobile devices, i.e., iPad (in this case)

- Each greeting team member will have an iPad and a stylus for the event

- Using the iPad camera to scan the barcode of the participant's driver's license

- Collecting data from the Blockchain technology and automatically fill in the form

- Data including Name, Address, DOB, SSN (when available)

- Entering an email address (required) and phone number (by either the staff or the participant)

- Ticking all the legal agreements, such as "Privacy" and "Terms of use"
